@tylerjmccall@chi_geek Agree. That corner is now just the ghost of a former completely utilitarian coat closet. Good chance there was a mail slot there covered up as well.
Biked to the @CityofRichfield@DICKS and this is the bike parking there. Rack I could easily pick up and evidence of a previously stolen bike. Not worth it, rode home.
@natepentz Been in this 1927 1 1/2 story with finished basement for 20 years. Finally have register settings perfected to equalize temp running the whole house fan. When we move out Iโm going to need to leave a very detailed set of instructions for each season change.
@sdho Thanks for the thread Sean. You started with the most stressful part of my bike commute from south Minneapolis to 76th and Penn. the rest of Richfield 66th experience is ๐.
@dbrauer Minnesota conformity is a contributing factor. After a snow, we need to collectively agree on rotating use between three alley paths: a center path and two others each a tire width off-center left and right. Everyone only using a center path is our alleyโs downfall.
As a thank you to the @CityMinneapolis for allowing me to store my private property in a public space, I shoveled a bump out into the unplowed side of the street for safer passing around my car.
@blowupscheme @wpb003@aidan4progress Iโm south of the creek and east of 35W. โSouthโ doesnโt work this far south, and โSouthwestโ doesnโt jump 35. When I was on the neighborhood board we had a slogan competition and my favorite submission was โGateway to Richfieldโ.
