WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., March 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: AGH) today announced that AGH and Autonomous Power Corporation, doing business as Powerus (https://t.co/0WAbwAPUnc), a company co-founded by former U.S. Army Special Operations veterans that builds and scales autonomous drone systems for military and commercial use in high-risk environments, have entered into a definitive merger agreement.
