@A1an_M @uayes @SoilAssociation I suspect a lot of the mills over 500 tpa and their distributors ( supermarkets) have only started adding it and declaring same already because they plan ahead on their packaging. It's supposed to come into effect on 13 December 2026. Maybe Carr's still have older bags?

@stevenson_les @disgruntledmoon @SandyofSuffolk I'm afraid it will in my case. As soon as we have a power cut my already very hit and miss mobile data/voice/text goes down as the mast I connect to at home fails. We are just stuffed in my bit of rural Kent.

@disgruntledmoon @SandyofSuffolk It won't be in a power cut unless you've got a massive battery to keep your router going. Hanging on to my copper wire analogue phone for as long as I can as we have rubbish rural mobile signal and the mast goes down anyway when there's no power. Joy.

Because they produce less than 500tpa there is no legal stipulation for additives. There are a few small scale millers around.

@TRancor1980 @fauxlate I actually make my own with whole meal flour, which will not be affected. I take responsibility for what I put in my body. My point is that it's not acceptable for this to be foisted on the whole population willy nilly with not insignificant associated risks.

@GailParry6 @AskeBay @salviaduval It doesn't! I had a buyer buy 2 tiny small separate items. Combined postage from eBay was £5.15! I worked with customer services & both buyer & I get refunds (I bought appropriate postage outside system). One off though. Better to cancel+relist as bespoke lot.
