@kathylynnm I have a job. I am involved in my workplace's hiring practices. When you offer good benefits, decent pay, and a good work environment, you get employees. When you offer poor pay, poor attitude, and don't advertise appropriately, you won't get employees.

I know people with large trucks, for "hauling". When "hauling" is less than twice a year and you use it 6-7 round trips a week, you're wasting resources.
