The toddler in question that she assaulted was only 2 years old!! She made recordings of him on video as she was sexually assaulting the toddler and shared them online.

The total charges she has been booked on are...

> 2nd-degree manufacturing of CSAM
> 3rd-degree possession of CSAM
> 3rd-degree endangering the welfare of a child

This came to light AFTER her roommate got the phone back and discovered the video and then reported it to the police. The child's mother noticed that her son had behavioral changes after the alleged abuse, such as reluctance around baths... that suggest she abused him in a location-specific context.

This means that the actual assault must have been extremely traumatic to the toddler... not just simple touching, etc. That kid is going to be screwed up for life because of this, and his "future" has been basically robbed from him.

In a just world, capital punishment for these kinds of crimes would be on the table... but New Jersey abolished the death penalty in 2007.
