"Wie doet straks het werk" leuke vraag, maar je stelt 'm alsof Nederland aan de bodem van zijn arbeidspotentieel zit. Dat is niet zo.

Nederland is Europees kampioen deeltijdwerk: 45,2% werkt parttime, tegen een EU-gemiddelde van 17%. Onder vrouwen is dat zelfs 60-75%. Het CPB schat het onbenutte arbeidspotentieel op ongeveer 1,5 miljoen fte mensen die al hier zijn en meer willen werken.

En zelfs onder migranten zelf zit onbenut potentieel: de Adviesraad Migratie telt 330.000 migranten die niet aan het werk zijn, goed voor ruim driekwart van alle openstaande vacatures.

We hebben geen tekort aan mensen. We hebben een tekort aan lef om lonen, uren en participatie aan te pakken want dat is ongemakkelijker dan "we hebben mensen nodig."

Voor spieropbouw is de algemene richtlijn:

1,6 gram eiwit per kilogram lichaamsgewicht per dag is voor de meeste mensen optimaal.
Tussen 1,6 en 2,2 g/kg/dag kan zinvol zijn als je intensief aan krachttraining doet of tijdens een caloriebeperkt dieet om spiermassa beter te behouden.
Meer dan 2,2 g/kg/dag levert voor de meeste mensen weinig extra voordeel op voor spiergroei.

Als je wilt afvallen én spieren behouden
Als je in een calorietekort zit, is een hogere eiwitinname vaak gunstig:
1,8–2,2 g/kg lichaamsgewicht per dag, gecombineerd met training.

De SEA-link is met DNS-, bedrijfs- en donatiegegevens onderbouwd, klopt. DNS/infra leidt naar bedrijven van Brian Brown. Donaties lopen via een Duitse vereniging (onderzocht wegens witwassen) naar een Franse vereniging, gerund door een grote ECR-donor. Brown zelf sprak in 2013 in de Russische Doema en reisde vaker naar Moskou.

Dat is een reëel patroon, geen toeval zeker na tien jaar herhaald contact. Maar het is net iets anders dan wat het rapport claimt.

ik zie nergens in die DNS-, bedrijfs- of donatiegegevens staat een bedrag dat daadwerkelijk van het Kremlin naar SEA loopt. "Leidt tot aan het Kremlin" is JfP's eigen conclusie, gebaseerd op wie Brown kent en niet iets wat de data zelf laat zien. Als jij die specifieke passage wel ergens ziet staan, hoor ik het graag, dan pas ik mijn lezing aan.

Voor mij is het onderscheid: er is een verdacht netwerk, maar geen bewezen sturing of financiering vanuit het Kremlin richting SEA.
