@molarawood Thank you. I have been wondering how to phrase my disappointment and disdain without sounding like I'm jabbering with rage. My jaw is still on the ground. Such a brazen breach.
And will they read them? Bet they plan to print and profit from another's craft.
I was on a train and a pregnant woman was asking for a seat. I offered mine, but she said she couldn’t sit there because it was in the center and she was already feeling nauseous and suffocated. So she asked a guy at the corner. He said, “You can sit on my lap.” Before anyone could react, a grandma behind him tapped his shoulder and said, “Then I’ll sit on YOUR lap.” She sat on his lap, the pregnant woman took the grandma’s seat, and the entire train witnessed instant justice delivered by a 70-year-old legend.
Paradise returns with its second season. The first season suprised me, it was much better than expected. A twisty plot, intriguing characters & good writing. I'm looking forward to the expanded plot and the integration of new characters this season. This is one to watch.
I am no longer affiliated with The German Language School.
For clarity and Transparency:
Before working with them, I personally attended their classes, reviewed their social media platforms, and assessed their structure. Based on that, I agreed to collaborate and publicly invited my audience to a free trial class.
I put in a lot of work onboarding everyone according to our agreement. I handled communication personally, answered questions, shared links, sent reminders, and made sure people showed up. I took that responsibility seriously.
Unfortunately, the actual trial sessions did not reflect the quality, coordination, or preparedness I had observed earlier or felt comfortable recommending. This led to a loss of trust and credibility with my audience, which I take seriously.
As a result, I chose to withdraw fully rather than continue endorsing something that didn’t align with my standards. I’ve communicated this privately to the school and transparently to those I onboarded.
I wish them well going forward, but I am no longer involved in any capacity.
It’s ok to regret something because it denotes that they saw it through an idealistic lens.
It’s a confession of bias, that regret can fuel change.
Parenting is hard, motherhood is harder, exhausting, and many women went in without informed guidance.
I can’t lie, I detest being a woman under this patriarchal society.
I resent so much, I am tired.
I’ve never been a participant so, it means I’ve been punished since forever.
I am going to be 27, it doesn’t get easier, capitalism has a strong hand in it.
But I am tired.
Everyone is susceptible to manipulation because it is an exploitation of trust to entrench a false or distorty reality as the truth. Society functions on assumed honesty. When you meet a stranger and they tell you their name is Paul, your first instinct is to believe them.
Sensational day, my first original experience in a hot minute. 😛
Merry Christmas to you oomm, I wrote on this, I do hope you read and enjoy it whenever you’re free!🎄❤️

You won't see me engaging in online debates about hot topics. It's a waste of time. The person or people you're debating with have already made up their minds about the situation, and even when overwhelming evidence is presented against their position, they won't accept it.
The home being myself.
I am comfortable with solitude, silence, chasing my passions and discovering more.
Tis paramount to make sure you respect yourself, especially in this anti enthusiastic era.
There is love at home, and outside.
Even if it isn’t there, pick yourself.
As someone who is deeply enthusiastic, and intense in my love for the human condition.
My act of self care is moving on.
If I am met with apathy, or feel anxious by the virtue of their actions, I know my time is up.
Though my home is under construction, there is love there.
I wrote a collection of 10 short stories for my undergrad thesis but my dept thought it lazy work. Had issues defending cause of this & cried after because my work was looked down on. My supervisor, God bless her, encouraged me. Don’t care for the grades. I DID IT! @J_Chiemeke
It's unfair how we, authors, are supposed to have an online "presence" for many reasons, but more especially since growth is so hard nowadays. The good old days of the internet are gone. Algorithms are outright hostile and ever changing. Everyone scrolls, no one engages.
