@juliwithoutane@AmericanAir Makes no sense to me, but they refuse to refund the difference between the Main Cabin Extra seats we paid for and the Main Cabin seats they made us sit in, so I’ve stopped trying to understand!

@BestBuy Hi, how can I get in touch with someone to resolve an unacceptable order experience? The current wait time on the phone is quoted at 1.5 hours. Previously, when the wait time said 1 minute, it was actually 25 minutes--I can't stay on hold for 37.5 hours. Please help.
