@EmergMedDr In my case, sent home less than 48 hours after emergency open abdominal surgery with nothing other than the instruction to not drive until I felt safe enough to do an emergency stop, and a dressing that was too big. Plus side, they’d wanted me out the next day.
@MarkFunnell6 It’s absolutely stunning in West Cheshire. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much and it is vibrant. Or maybe I’m just noticing things more.
@Go_CheshireWest Brilliant. A councillor who does sweet FA, doesn’t even live anywhere near the area and seems to know nothing about what’s happening here. Does nothing and wins over a local person who puts a huge amount of time into the local area. Makes total sense.
We are dismayed, disappointed, and deeply concerned. UK Gov has just approved the use of a banned pesticide so powerful; a single teaspoon could kill 1.25 billion bees. This is a huge mistake. If we want to #DefendNature we must #SayNoToNeonics. 👉

@EveAinsworth Spent many years doing so but almost at the end. I have one with a few months left in college. I even ended up home educating for a while.
@PickyBookworm So I was in an abusive marriage for years and I didn’t think it romanticised it at all. I felt it did a really good job of communicating how it slowly creeps up on you.
@makekindling I’m not sure if this is the sort of thing you mean but my adult children have also found focus easier when there’s more than one thing going on at the same time. For example, my son revised for his GCSEs with the help of watching YouTube videos whilst playing his guitar.
