@dannysmiff33 Thank you, he is devastated too but pulling through for the cause. We are taking a motorbike ride to Leigh-on-sea today to remember him. Here is a picture of Darren, my husband and our son from knelt a few weeks ago. We were so privileged to know him.

It is with great sadness I write this, my cousin Darren Smith took his own life yesterday.
He was a great supporter of mental health charities, most notably setting up @andysmanclubuk in locations across Essex.
Sadly, despite helping so many, he lost his ownโฆ
Parenting hack of the day. 6 year old - 'I don't like the burnt bits on my fishfingers' Me - 'They aren't burnt, it's tiger fish, you know like tiger bread, you love that'. continues eating.... One day this may come back on me ๐
@AsdaServiceTeam my local community are trying to make use of your grant fund for investing in community spaces. Because our the Chelmsford branch doesn't have a community champion in post, we can't make an application. It's sad to know money for our community will go to waste.
