Elon Musk was found liable for deliberately driving down Twitter's stock price before buying it. 💼⚖️
Let that sink in.
One of the richest men in the world manipulated the market, tanked a company's value, and then scooped it up at a discount—using the chaos he created.
And now, a jury says: That's fraud.
This isn't about "genius" or "vision." It's about power without accountability. A man who plays by his own rules, treats markets like video games, and expects the rest of us to call it innovation.
But here's the thing: The law caught up. Eventually. Slowly. But it did.
Maybe now we start asking the harder question: If he did this with Twitter, what else has he been doing? And who let him? 🕵️♂️

The federal government is violating our constitutional rights with impunity! They didn’t jut murder Alex Pretti they killed the 1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment and 4th Amendment. Pretti was a patriot who cared for our veterans.
They tried to cover it up immediately and the Minneapolis police chief refused. Witnesses have been taken to police headquarters and all available off duty police have been called to work. ICE cannot be trusted to tell the truth. Congress must act now. The Courts must stop the stupid foot dragging. Enough is enough.
He wasn't president of any union, and they don't call him a labor leader in the history books, but the struggle for economic and social justice on and off the job was a core part of the story and the vision of Martin Luther King, Jr. His life serves as an inspiration and a guiding light of the 21st century labor movement.
As Zelensky visits the White House and gets bullied again, remember this clip of Marco Rubio explaining the U.S. promised to defend Ukraine FOREVER if they gave up their nukes when the USSR fell.
That’s why Lil Marco hides. He hoped we wouldn’t find it. Don’t share it right now.
"Automation cannot be permitted to become a blind monster which grinds out more cars and simultaneously snuffs out the hopes and lives of the people by whom the industry was built."

🚨NEW: Americans’ support for Medicare For All has intensified to the point where the old attacks may no longer work.
As premiums rise & both parties legislate criticism of socialism, there has been a YUGE shift on a key question that killed off the idea 6 years ago.
As a survivor of the Tulsa Race Massacre, Viola Ford Fletcher bravely shared her story so that we’d never forget this painful part of our history. Michelle and I are grateful for her lifelong work to advance civil rights, and send our love to her family. https://t.co/km7RXnDKcW
@TheTonus Unfortunately our President is trying to turn the streets of the U. S. A. into that active combat zone. Turning the military against our citizens is unlawful. Military personnel should refuse to follow illegal orders.
The union difference! Non-union workers stand alone against the whims of corporations. Standing together they can win improvements to their lives and their working conditions. Union Strong! ✊🏼
The Teamsters won a major arbitration victory against Costco. After Costco Teamsters in Virginia filed grievances over violations of the paid sick/personal time provisions of the Costco Teamsters National Master Agreement, an independent arbitrator ruled that the company violated the contract by shortchanging workers.
Under Costco’s so-called “employee agreement,” nonunion workers receive just 80 hours of paid sick time. Teamsters at Costco get 88 hours — and the power to enforce it.
Costco Teamsters represented by Local 822 in Virginia will now receive back pay, have unfair disciplines rescinded, and get the full 88 hours of paid time off guaranteed by their union contract.
When workers have a union at Costco, management doesn’t make the rules — the contract does!
@drodvik52@itscarterhughes He doesn’t have any authority to demand mid decade redistricting but compliant governors are calling special sessions of state legislatures to do his bidding. Dictators don’t care what the constitution says.
OpenAI is scrambling to say they don't want, or need, a bailout.
But just 10 days ago they sent a letter to the White House asking for things, including "loan guarantees."
The company also wants the government to deploy "grants, cost-sharing agreements, loans" and more.
