We hear you, and the answer is YES!
We cannot stop talking about #hiring and #DEI and are so excited to continue the conversation with @jointechladies! Sign up here if you need help dodging the diversity hiring traps: https://t.co/wHzkWUand4
If you’re ready to make a serious commitment to DEI at your startup, we want to hear from you! Apply here to be part of our first cohort: https://t.co/IaosobjUD1
We’re sick of seeing performative DEI work, especially from startups, who have an unique opportunity to 🌟do it well 🌟 So we created an accelerator just for startups!
After the Inclusion At Work Accelerator, you’ll leave with…
✅ A DEI foundation unique to your organization
✅ A strategic roadmap for DEI
✅ A community that lasts beyond the program
✅ Comfort and confidence to do The Real Work
… and so much more that can’t fit in a tweet.
After having done countless interviews both for FAANG companies & my own startup, one thing that holds true is that "senior" doesn't automatically translate to "can problem-solve well". After 100+ interviews in my career, I know now that Impressive resume != Can code well
Today I interviewed people for a new role. In advance, every candidate was sent the questions. I’ve never been more impressed. It made a huge difference and really enabled more thoughtful and thorough answers. It also minimised anxiety which enabled people to shine.
