એક વાત દિલથી શેર કરવી હતી.

15 ઓગસ્ટે જ્યારે મોદીજીએ ભારતની ડિજિટલ સોવરેનિટી અને પોતાના સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મ્સ બનાવવાની વાત કરી હતી, ત્યારે અમે UKમાં હતા. એ ભાષણ સાંભળ્યા પછી અમે ત્રણ મિત્રોએ નક્કી કર્યું કે આ માત્ર એક બિઝનેસ આઈડિયા નહીં, પણ જીવનનું મિશન બનવું જોઈએ.

એ નિર્ણય પછી અમે ભારત પાછા આવ્યા, સ્ટાર્ટઅપ રજિસ્ટર કર્યું અને Flexxtrum બનાવવાનું શરૂ કર્યું.

આજે પણ અમે સંપૂર્ણ રીતે બૂટસ્ટ્રેપ્ડ છીએ. છેલ્લા 9 મહિનામાં અમારી લગભગ બધી બચત આ પ્રોડક્ટ બનાવવા માટે લગાવી દીધી છે. Meta અને Facebook જેવી કંપનીઓને સોશિયલ પ્લેટફોર્મ બનાવવા માટે વર્ષો અને હજારો લોકો મળ્યા હતા, જ્યારે અમે માત્ર 3 લોકોની ટીમે દિવસ-રાત મહેનત કરીને 9 મહિનામાં પ્રોડક્ટ બનાવીને લોન્ચ કરી.

સાચું કહું તો આજે માર્કેટિંગ માટે લગભગ કોઈ બજેટ નથી. ભવિષ્ય વિશે ઘણી અનિશ્ચિતતા છે. છતાં હિંમત અને વિશ્વાસ બંને યથાવત છે.

હજારો કોલ્ડ ઈમેલ્સ, સૈંકડો LinkedIn મેસેજીસ અને અસંખ્ય રિજેક્શન પછી પણ અમે અટક્યા નથી. મોટાભાગે લોકો માત્ર traction જુએ છે, પરંતુ તેની પાછળનો ત્યાગ, મહેનત અને જોખમ બહુ ઓછા લોકો સમજે છે.

ગ્રેજ્યુએશન પછી આરામદાયક જીવન પસંદ કરવાને બદલે અમે ભારત પાછા આવીને એક ભારતીય સોશિયલ મીડિયા પ્લેટફોર્મ બનાવવાનું પસંદ કર્યું. કારણ કે અમને વિશ્વાસ છે કે ભારત માત્ર યુઝર્સ નહીં, પણ પોતાના ગ્લોબલ પ્લેટફોર્મ્સ પણ બનાવી શકે છે.

અમે માત્ર 3 લોકો છીએ, પણ એક મોટું સ્વપ્ન છે.

15 अगस्त को जब प्रधानमंत्री @narendramodi जी ने भारत की डिजिटल संप्रभुता (Digital Sovereignty) और अपने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म बनाने की बात कही, तब हम UK में थे।

उस भाषण ने हमारी ज़िंदगी की दिशा बदल दी।

हम तीन दोस्तों ने फैसला किया कि यह सिर्फ़ एक बिज़नेस आइडिया नहीं होगा, बल्कि हमारा मिशन होगा।

हम भारत लौटे, अपना स्टार्टअप रजिस्टर किया और Flexxtrum बनाना शुरू किया।

कोई फंडिंग नहीं।
कोई बड़े निवेशक नहीं।
कोई सुरक्षा जाल नहीं।
सिर्फ़ विश्वास।
पिछले 9 महीनों से हम पूरी तरह Bootstrapped हैं। अपनी लगभग सारी बचत हमने इस प्रोडक्ट को बनाने में लगा दी। जहाँ दुनिया की बड़ी टेक कंपनियों के पास हज़ारों कर्मचारी और अरबों डॉलर के संसाधन हैं, वहीं हम सिर्फ़ 3 लोगों की टीम ने दिन-रात मेहनत करके 9 महीनों में अपना सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म बनाकर लॉन्च कर दिया।

आज ऐप लाइव है।

लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि हमारे पास मार्केटिंग के लिए लगभग कोई बजट नहीं बचा है। फिर भी हौसला और विश्वास पहले से ज़्यादा मज़बूत है।

हज़ारों Cold Emails, सैकड़ों LinkedIn Messages और अनगिनत Rejections के बाद भी हम रुके नहीं हैं।

ज़्यादातर लोग सिर्फ़ Traction देखते हैं, लेकिन उसके पीछे का त्याग, संघर्ष और जोखिम बहुत कम लोग देख पाते हैं।

Graduation के बाद आसान रास्ता चुनने के बजाय हमने भारत वापस आकर एक भारतीय सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म बनाने का सपना चुना।

हम सिर्फ़ 3 लोग हैं, लेकिन एक बड़ा सपना है—

भारत का अपना सोशल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, जो दुनिया तक पहुँचे। 🇮🇳

और हम हार नहीं मानेंगे।

At the time, we were living in the UK. That speech changed our lives.

Three young founders made a decision: move back to India and dedicate ourselves to building an Indian social media platform.

We registered our startup in India and started building.

No funding.
No rich investors.
No safety net.
Just belief.
For the last 9 months, we've been completely bootstrapped. Every rupee of our savings went into building @Flexxtrum. While global giants had thousands of employees and years to build social platforms, our team of just 3 people worked day and night to launch ours in under a year.

Today, the app is live.

But the reality is harsh.

We have almost no money left for marketing. There are days when we genuinely don't know what tomorrow looks like. Yet every morning we wake up with the same dream and the same determination.

We've sent thousands of cold emails, hundreds of LinkedIn messages, faced countless rejections, and heard "come back when you have traction" more times than we can count.

What many don't see is the sacrifice behind every founder's journey.

The sleepless nights.
The uncertainty.
The decision to put your future on the line for something bigger than yourself.

We're just 3 guys with 1 dream:

On 15th August, when PM Modi spoke about India's need for digital sovereignty and building our own platforms, we were living in the UK. That speech genuinely inspired us and prompted us to ask a simple question: if we believe in this vision, why shouldn't we dedicate ourselves to building it?

That thought changed our lives.

My co-founders and I decided to move back to India, register our startup here, and start building @Flexxtrum . Since day one, we have been completely bootstrapped. We are just a team of 3 people, and for the last 9 months, we have poured almost all of our savings, time, and energy into bringing this platform to life.

People often compare startups to traction numbers, but very few see what happens behind the scenes. Thousands of cold emails, hundreds of LinkedIn messages, countless rejections, sleepless nights, uncertainty, and the constant pressure of betting your future on an idea you deeply believe in.

Many investors tell us, "Come back when you have more traction." We understand that perspective. But sometimes I wish people could also see the commitment and execution behind the numbers. Building a social platform is one of the hardest things a startup can attempt. Companies like Meta had years, thousands of employees, and enormous resources. We managed to design, build, and launch our platform in just 9 months with a team of three.

Today, Flexxtrum is live, but the journey is still very difficult. We have very limited resources for growth and marketing. Yet our belief in the mission has never been stronger.

We didn't return to India to chase a trend. We came back because we genuinely believe India deserves globally relevant technology platforms built by Indian founders.

I just wanted to share our journey with you. Your work supporting founders has always inspired me, and I would be grateful for any thoughts, feedback, or guidance you may have.
