They borrow money from the market by issuing bonds/bills to buy back bonds/bills from the market?
So the net effect is zero, they just create more liquidity to market participants by being more active.

Frequently send mix of token/NFTs between wallets in on tx. Dapps are not there yet, but listing x NFTs with on tx...
