As if the displacement due to flooding is not enough, the afected people in Chikwawa and Nsanje are facing acute shortage of basic needs as humanitarian aid is not delivered due to road cutoff. @MalawiRedCross tracks are stuck at the first cutoff point as Cecilia Banda explains.
