@tvlicensing I got a letter stating my monthly payment will increase to £15 a month from Dec 1 2024. This will mean i pay £180 by December 2025. Will this amount be adjusted down in April to reflect the new increase? Ive paid licence for over 25 years so not a 1st year licence

@SP_EnergyPeople My IHD is saying my electric supply is disconnected, even though the power is still on. Is there a way to clear it? i pay via DD and not a prepayment meter

@SP_EnergyPeople What's happened to my gas account? I have duel fuel but since having smart meters installed the gas doesn't show on my account. Both meters are reading and sending to IHD but gas doesnt have an account to send to. Whats going on?

@SP_EnergyPeople Would someone be able to check my final balance electric meter reading from November 14 as i just had smart meters installed and the installer has left a card with an electric meter reading 20000 units higher than it was when i checked it the same morning.

@NGNgas Recieved a letter wanting information about a gas meter that was removed from my property. The meter has not been removed and gas is still being charged for via my supplier. The post code is also wrong. Is this a genuine letter?

@northernassist I booked some trips using the Great British Rail Sale for collection via a TVM. The tickets have "For Test Use Only" printed along the top. Will they still be valid on the day of travel?
