@Avis How can you have two contracts open on the same vehicle at the same location same time with entirely unrelated parties both being charged for the same vehicle. How does the vehicle leave the lot if rented to someone else in the system? Answers??

@Avis I cancelled reservation only to have location raise a contract and then rent to another party. Police have confirmed other party driving car. Avis refuse to acknowledge that I do not have vehicle. 2 open contracts on same vehicle how?? No response from C/S sick with COVID

Insight into how badly the evacuation was botched. We abandoned Bagram - a heavily defended base, just 25-miles from Kabul - thinking it would remain safe. It fell a few hours after we left. Now we are running evacuation flights out of Kabul - a civilian airport w/ no security
