Low cal bread (647 is a good one)
Small bit of vanilla extract
Cinnamon

Pretty great way to get protein in with minimal calories and actually tastes good, if you like French toast

*Andoree is serviceable and substantially better than the next man after. He’s had some great plays sprinkled in this year (and some awful)
