The photo was taken in August 2013 during FC Barcelona's Middle East "Peace Tour," when Messi was playing for the club. The first leg of the tour was dedicated directly to Palestine.

Before traveling to Israel, the team visited the West Bank and met with Palestinians. At Dura Stadium near Hebron, a football training session and event was held with the participation of approximately 25,000 Palestinian fans and children. Messi and his teammates played football with Palestinian children on the pitch and gave them technical training.

I'm not saying this to defend Messi, but there is no concrete indication that he directly supports zionism. There is no need to hand the world's most famous footballer to zionists who are openly looking for supporters.
