Think about the turnaround of events for an entire industry in just 2 years. No CEO or company represents that turnaround more than @bgarlinghouse and @Ripple (with its GC, @s_alderoty).

Not only was Ripple unfairly sued, Garlinghouse was individually sued (in a non-fraud case). Anyone familiar with the Ripple litigation, and I am, knows the SEC played dirty, pushing ethical limits.

Despite Ripple and Brad turning over every single XRP transaction ever made, SEC lawyers engaged in abusive discovery tactics, threatening and harassing Ripple’s overseas customers, investors and partners. Despite having the records of every XRP transaction made by Garlinghouse, the SEC attempted to subpoena all of Brad’s, and his family’s, personal financial records, including credit card statements. It was an attempt to bully, threaten, and coerce Garlinghouse (and Ripple) into submitting to the all powerful SEC.

Garlinghouse responded with a proper FUCK OFF to the SEC, proceeded to fight back every step of the way, and WON.

I love America because two years and one Presidential election later, the future couldn’t look more bright for an industry, company and CEO. 🇺🇸 🫡
