@kate_local@RonaAmbrose@TheoMoudakis@ABDanielleSmith@PierrePoilievre My point is that this cartoonist infantilizes many politicians of both genders regularly. He has done it with Poilievre and Ford. The artist did nothing and has done nothing to suggest he is a mysoginist.
@Acadiegirl1755@RonaAmbrose@TheoMoudakis@ABDanielleSmith@PierrePoilievre Say what you like about my. My issue with Smith is the same one I have with Poilievre. It’s not related to their gender but to their toxicity and the fact that they cozy up to people who want to destroy my country and who create hate. Smith the Premier is still a shock jock

@Thatguy40909723@1vote1hope@mario4thenorth In the last election?! Canadians have ALWAYS voted with pencils since we started using secret ballots. How do you think that affected the result?
@MichaelARothman 3. Many of the policy shifts and market conditions are being driven lobbying and disinformation campaigns paid for by the fossil fuel industry.
@MichaelARothman 2. Gaslighting? I suggest that you look at your own assertion that EV mandates are responsible for job losses. It is patently ridiculous. There was a need to pause some of the targets partly due to shifts in demand but again mostly due to policy decisions coming from 1600 Penn
@augeradam@TWilsonOttawa How do you get obscene? Perhaps numbers do need to be pared but I have seen precious little analysis of where. We can all agree that government spending needs to be as effective as possible. Hiring freezes punish managers who run efficient shops. It’s lazy.
@GregoryJGalante@TWilsonOttawa 2. But randomly assigning a number is just lazy. Which 50% are superfluous? Park rangers? The Coastguard? Pension fund managers? Food safety researchers? Railway safety inspectors? How about the people who make passports? CSIS? RCMP?
@GregoryJGalante@TWilsonOttawa 50% too big based on what analysis? Government can always look at whether the staffing levels are proportionate to needs. Can positions be cut without affecting service levels? Maybe. Are there functions that no longer need to be performed? Possibly 2/
