Using View Transitions API for cross-document animations seems to be so fragile. So many things can cause it to be janky or just refuse to animate all together.
Working on improving Bricks' dark/light color schemes with some new toggle switches & view transitions to help smooth out the color changes 😀

@trenchesKnight@justin_kastil@Abmankendrick Skeleton loading is often just an overlay with roughly the same layout as the expected content loading in, which is then removed as it loads in.
That's different to the content loading as it comes, ie text first, then images, etc.
@nickarceco I feel like D would have won had there not been as much spacing between the icon + text - that's the part that makes it feel off for me, not the icon size.
The gap feels proportional in B, but not in D.
Early days still, but VideoJS v10 seems promising.
Noticing some names from existing video player solutions.. Vidstack, Plyr, MediaChrome appear to be involved.

Pointed my iPhone at the sky in Northern Queensland (Australia) with Night mode & a 10-second exposure.
The sky looked pretty great in real life, as we were somewhere very dark, but amazing to see how much of Milky Way core came through in the photo.
@nickarceco Yes, it's part of the core CSS for gutenberg.
Found a way to remove it, but there's a lot of other styles in that CSS file also, so need to find it if breaks other things if removed.
Constantly tweaking and improving BricksExtras features based on ongoing feedback.
Right now.. adding gradient fill support for line charts.
Simple way to instantly modernise.
Bricks 2.0 stable is here
This release is the result of a lot of hard work, creativity, and collaboration from our team and the community.
I’m excited to see what everyone creates with it, and I’m even more excited about the new ideas and improvements this release will inspire.
@srikat Yeah, it depends where you compare it to.
For me, Australia is still the lowest so far compared to any other places I've lived long enough to pay tax.
(UK and Spain higher than Aus at every income level when including social security / NI payments)
