We've been trying to cancel our service with @rapid7 for months. No response to emails, phone calls, nothing. We can't get to anything in our account that lets us cancel directly. We haven't used the service in over a year and can't get them to stop charging us.

How can @Ubiquiti claim to make business or enterprise class devices when many of their firewalls don't even support SNMP? This is basic / core functionality when coexisting in a business environment. So basic, it didn't even occur to us to check to see if it was supported.
