Today was day #63 and a button on the journal screen forced the minimum required IOS version to be much higher.

@lubinho_k I’m guilty of the same. I sat outside with my wife today and the silence was making me feel anxious.

I’m going to start implementing more analog time so that my brain gets a chance to stop. I’m constantly checking emails and app stats and I know that’s probably not good.
