🧬🚀 We’ve made substantial progress in development of our modular integrase, or MINT, platform- a gene editing method that we believe will enable large-scale genome engineering. Our updated manuscript which showcases these advances is available on bioRxiv https://t.co/C0ARgcMXB1
I’m excited to be attending #ASGCT2025 to describe our latest progress on the #MINTplatform. I look forward to catching up with everyone at the conference!
My wife’s grandmother suffered from Alzheimer’s disease so it’s great that we are now working with Genentech to develop potential treatments for these types of terrible diseases.
Today we are excited to announce a global epigenetic regulation and capsid delivery license agreement with @genentech to develop novel genomic medicines for neurodegenerative diseases. Learn more here: https://t.co/2ILml2UGu2
I’m heading to the @FASEBorg#GENESRC conference tomorrow to give a talk about our new #MINTplatform and I look forward to seeing former colleagues I haven’t seen in far too long!
One of our lead scientists, @wraithnot is presenting @FASEBorg about our exciting Modular Integrase (MINT) platform, a new approach to 🎯 integration of large 🧬 constructs into precise locations within the human genome. #genomicmedicine#MINTplatform
Our #MINTplatform does not use #CRISPR, #ZincFinger or #TALeffector to 🎯 DNA. Instead, we directly reprogram Bxb1 integrase to go where we want in the human genome. The details are in our @bioRxiv paper: https://t.co/AxcZ5PYkHz
Systematic Development of Reprogrammed Modular Integrases Enables Precise Genomic Integration of Large DNA Sequences https://t.co/xjdxx7JWEh - our paper describing reprogrammed serine integrases is now on BioRxiv!
We are excited to announce next-generation Modular Integrase (MINT) technology, engineered to enable large-scale genome editing. The MINT platform is a versatile, protein-guided genome editing method designed to integrate large sequences of 🧬https://t.co/Z5GBiJ6cfk
@elonmusk@migueldeicaza Thank you! Not having the camera on the top of the screen was driving me crazy. I found an impractical workaround https://t.co/lEtSQ5bWH4 But the more permanent fix with the binder clip and a meat stick is proving difficult
@Tesla Please bring back rear camera on the top half of the screen for model S. V9 doesn’t allow. Now more difficult to check surroundings before changing lanes. I’ve had the rear camera on the screen always and on top since it was allowed. Please @elonmusk you are my only hope!
@elonmusk@Tesla The latest Model S software removes the ability to display the rear camera view in the top of the center screen. I find this extremely useful when changing lanes in heavy traffic. Please fix this or allow owners to revert to the previous version of the software
