@Bxrsting If you want my advice coming as a network admin for 14 years I'd either go through your PC and purge any un necessary software etc run a full scan on the machine for malware and clear the slobs cache, if it still persists I'd reformat. Does it stay 100% all the time Or fluctuate?

@Bxrsting If you're encoding with your GPU then you shouldn't be using 50% of your CPU on slobs.. clear your cache. What kinda CPU and how many sources are you trying to use? A lot or a little?
