@ThosVarley Interesting. Since having long covid, my knee joint has been hyper mobile and every 6 months of so I get ankle/elbow joint pain/inflammation.
@miriamfrankmac What was your initial Pulsetto protocol when getting to what you do currently? I’ve heard you can make things worse depending on settings.
@sun_in_winter12 Did you have reactived EBV through your journey? I’m curious if your virgin coconut oil suppressed the viral load of EBV, which may have crossover symptoms. Many people put EBV into dormancy with Monolaurin from coconut.
@ThePOTSPostman I’ve read that Monolaurin has been a game changer for some. Have you attempted using this to send EBV back into dormancy? Would that in theory reduce your POTS symptoms?
@Naomi_D_Harvey@cojehp I’ve not yet tried it, but I’m looking into it now. I know there isn’t 1 clear cut answer for everyone, so we all have to keep trying to find what works best for each of us.
In a study that reshapes what we know about COVID19, scientists have discovered that coagulation protein fibrin causes unusual clotting & inflammation that have become hallmarks of the disease, while also suppressing the body's ability to clear virus.

@LucasBotkin@LucasBotkin Appreciate the great content! It has inspired me to invest in my first AR and commit to training. Not sure where the negativity comes from on your posts. Keep it coming!
@Covid_institute@Covid_institute , I understand you are suspect on the Microclot theory, however, if someone has a Patent foramen ovale in their heart, would it still be worth considering blood thinning type meds because of its potential or other thrombin events?
@Examinecom It would be great to see some info on the site about Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Long Covid. Two chronic issues highly trending since the pandemic. @Examinecom
