@WrenKitchens Delivery this morning had items missing. No delivery made yesterday despite text confirmations. Where are my missing items? Why can you not get anything right? And you are being paid to be so poor with what you advertise.

They’re very fast to delete negative comments on their Instagram from customers- they should use that same emphasis in answering their phones! Never again!!
@WrenKitchens Add to the kitchen that your customers can’t complete because of your incompetence as a terrible company??? Concentrate on dealing with your unhappy customers that are dealing with missing and damaged parts!!!🙄
@WrenKitchens terrible customer service from your Bristol store on sorting missing parts of an order. Such a shame that no one seems to care or help. Up until now I would of recommended you but not now, will be warning people off

@WrenKitchens I recently purchased an Infinity Line kitchen from you costing £17,500. Of this £2,500 were on Neff appliances that aren't compatible with each other (N50/N90 mix) because you cant supply. Your customer service is amongst the worst I've ever come across.
@WrenKitchens I am appalled at the service from wren. I would avoid at all costs and I certainly would never ever recommend them in the future. They are on your case until you agree the contract. Once they have the money they don’t care about the service they provide! Do not buy!
