Karmelo Anthony’s family says they have no money left for an appeal.

That's raising a lot of eyebrows considering more than $650,000 was donated on his behalf.

Many people contributed believing the money would be used to fight his legal case. Now, after reports of relocation expenses and an upgraded lifestyle, the family claims the funds are gone.

If over half a million dollars isn't available for an appeal, donors have every right to ask where the money went.

We would be a better society if more people felt they could speak openly and freely about the experiences that unite us as humans.
