Disappointed with my ongoing @virginmedia service issues: 371 disconnections & over 3 days of downtime since Nov '23. My complaint (C-050324543) was promised a resolution by today, but after a frustrating loop of calls, no progress or callback as promised. Need a reliable fix!
@ThreeUK What an absolute joke of a company. 2 months I have been trying to move my number from my old Three contract to my new one. 15+ hours on the phone and 10+ promises it will be fixed in the next 48 hours. Can I cancel my contract for bad service? @OmbudServices
When you report a problem @FortniteGame fob you off to the forums where no one acknowledge s the problems. I have found lots of threads about audio setting back to default, and not once has anyone from epic replied. Don't waste my time sending me to your forums!
Shocking customer service wait times. I have been on hold for over 30minutes and still am as I write this. They also take additional money out your account without any correspondence @EconomyEnergyUK
@virginmedia No, that webpage says 'No known issues'. Advisor said it's a major fault. Surely @virginmedia should update the website for a 'major' fault?
