Over 15,000 persons were present to send him to eternal rest.

Investigation showed that Steve Biko showed NO signs of hunger strike or dehydration before death in detention which the apartheid government claimed was his cause of death.

Doctors confirmed extensive brain damage & bruising, with fatal injuries.
