If women spoke honestly about how they finance their relationships and weren't so invested in protecting the male ego, that narrative would be long dead. Men know this too. But they bank on the silence and shame women feel about providing for men.
Also the women offer sex and men offer money narrative is outdated. Men don’t have money. There’s like two who have money. Men are actually looking to women for money. To give them money or support them in making money.
Jonasi walked in on Joyce pointing a gun at him and he couldn’t possibly imagine a reality where Joyce could try to kill him because he knew she loved him more than she loved herself, so he went with the idea that she was trying to commit suicide. What a sick man. 😭
imagine thinking working a full time job makes you uniquely oppressed in a house where another adult also works full time, and funny how "peace" always seems to mean a woman cooking, cleaning, comforting, & expecting nothing in return
I don’t know her from YT. Just got to know of her on TikTok & Ive been defending her (in my mind) whenever it seems she is getting attacked unfairly. but when I saw this post of hers, the sigh that I sighed?? The theory of her disliking Esther for supporting JP makes sense tho..
I am completely lost for words because no way did she just spend four minutes deflecting. 😭 How do you build your whole career off “advocating” for Black women in the beauty space and then look at the camera and say "that has nothing to do with me”?
Boys are not being raised and girls are paying dearly with their lives. Everyday it’s a new story of how a woman is the victim of male entitlement. Femicide is a global pandemic
My Uber driver heard me talking to my mom about children and asked if I have any.
He went on to say “Umuntu wakho uyidla ifresh. Isase raw.” and this is exactly why I genuinely find men boring because why do you think it’s okay to say STUPID things like that?
Today marks a year since Philangenkosi Makhanya & Bongani Mthimkhulu brutally murdered Olorato Mongale. We still don’t know where Bongani is. Such is the plight of South African women, our murderers, if ever caught, are released or disappear like a needle in a haystack.
They didn’t burn witches. They murdered women. Independent women. Assertive women. Intelligent women. Women who refused to be quiet. Women who refused to roll over. Women who refused to submit.
It must be nice being a man because no matter how mediocre, unremarkable or directionless you are, there’s comfort in knowing someone has been socialized to look at you like a leader.
@niggakazii I think he is just exploring ALL parts that make him up. That must be such an enjoyable experience (minus all outside noise). To not be confined to scripts that were handed to you, to be bold enough to do it in 4K??? Sambaweli!
This account @Sunflowerreal has been posting about the people who have been murdered throughout this corruption spree that has plagued South Africa.
Chilling. Behind these stories of people looting and buying mansions & flashy cars, there are bodies. 😭💔
Behind the Baddies Benefits gravy train, is the blood of slain citizens who tried to do the right thing.
What irks me about all of this corruption is that South Africa isn’t so bad a country that you cannot earn a decent salary and live a comfortable life. People are stealing—and murdering— purely to ‘stunt on these hoes’. It’s beyond greed, it’s a malady.
South Africa cannot move forward while millions of young people are unemployed.
This is not normal.
Job creation must be treated as a national emergency.
