@cqfpqgbctc Already done. They simply reply that there is an outgoing SMS, while there was none. They even charged for incoming calls which were not even picked or disconnected by me. They are using unehtically ways to earn money. Once I am back I will anways port. Unethical #Airtel

@amazonIN Seems like great indian robbery. I ordered a cream with Rs 1800 but was delivered a paper cutter worth Rs 150. When I raised a complain, I was told item will be picked up and I will be refunded. Item was picked on Oct 4th but your app says item not picked. #Cheating

When I reached out to your agent, they simply opened another investigation case and wait for 72 hours. 27th Sept when wrong item was delievered and its 7th Oct and I am still waiting for my refund. Inspite of being prime member, this is such ridiculous service. Stop looting!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every other month, you add ridiculous charge and I have to keep following up, no response of ticket being raised. What kind of cheating scam you are running. If this continue, I think the best option I have to close my postpaid account with you.
