@StarbucksIndia Pathetic customer service. Received a call from your CS dept. Person had absolutely no idea of the issue.
In the end, offered a tall beverage complimentary. Like really? It’s a matter of integrity and this is how a brand handles such situation. I felt cheated. @Starbucks

@StarbucksIndia ordered a Frappuccino.barista asked if I want the icecream to be blended or to be topped up. I preferred blended. Told me the amount, I paid. Asked for the bill, she was hesitant initially but I insisted and she gave. Charged 75Rs extra without informing.
