Rental agreement is in my name, and my father is clearly mentioned in it as my father. Why is that not acceptable?Why should we create a separate rental agreement just for KYC when valid documents are already provided?This is unnecessary harassment.

@BankofIndia_IN Blocked my father’s (60+) Jan Dhan A/c for KYC. 3 branch visits, Aadhaar & Voter ID submitted—still rejected over rental agreement not in his name (despite valid address proof)

All this for ₹1500 pension? Shameful. Fix this NOW.
