Pre-adolescents donโt need adult-centric training programs to improve fitness, coordination, or any of the biomotor abilities.
Kids arenโt mini adults. Their bodies, brains, and nervous systems develop through play, exploration, and movement variety โ not through the same strength circuits, conditioning blocks, and drill-heavy training sessions adults use to โget in shape.โ When we force kids into adult models of training, we skip the most important phase of motor development and rob them of the chance to build the foundations that real athleticism sits on.
