@TVGuide I get this is equity vs equality, and to be equal in VA we must first give equal opportunities but guys damn VA is about talent, no? Yes, audition more black people/POC for ALL VA ROLES, but let the final, unbiased decision be based on talent

What I find so sad is that black writers have grown up believing that they will have to shoot lower in the #WritingCommunity because nobody will market their 'unmarketable' names and black characters 😑 people like @tomi_adeyemi and chimamanda ngozi adiche are heroines to me
