@ingham_steve @altini_marco Oftentimes, it provides a unique insight. Today I was sluggish.. But the numbers looked OK, deeper data reflection hinted a need for more time to analyze. Later HR dropped to resting #. Performance data requires discipline /daily monitoring /nutrition & medical review.
