Bought a “new” @Ford Lightning today. New in quotes because now I’m finding out it was “put in service” in April of this year by the dealer. So my warranty and all the connected services are all messed up. Need some help here Ford.

Now at 7 hours waiting on a tow from @Ford . Finally had to just abandon the truck. Hopefully will still be there when the tow truck finally arrives and I get an uber back to it.

Over 4 hours and I’m still waiting on a tow @Ford. It’s 12 degrees outside and not much warmer in the truck. Your roadside service appears to be the same quality as your truck.

Waited literally 10 months for my NACS adapter from @Ford and now @FedEx has “lost” it. Hearing a lot of stories about FedEx “loosing” these and seeing lots of them popping up online for sale. Hmm…. Going to be awesome to wait another year for the replacement.

The streak continues. In the 3 years since we moved here, not a single @FedEx package has been on time. Not one. Doesn’t matter if it’s overnight, 2 day or ground. Whatever the original delivery day is add at least one day.

@CFBHeather If only some sort of computational device existed that could gather data and provide fair, unbiased rankings based on that data. Alas, since no such thing exists let’s just put people in a room and hope for the best.

Hey @jimfarley98 , since my NACS adapter just pushed from July to January - maybe you and @elonmusk get together and “certify” the A2ZEV and Lectron adapters. Give consumers a couple options to ease up the supply issues.

@ElectrifyAm 1000 stations and not a single one in West Virginia. Makes travel from the Midwest to the coast and north/south trips unnecessarily difficult.

@jimfarley98 @Ford This app is hot garbage. Stay away from it as long as you can. My phone updated for me while on a trip and it’s been a mess. Can’t do any charging through the app and I lost all of my trip planning I had done (and trip planning doesn’t even appear to be here anymore).

@AdamSchefter What is the process for an onside kick going to be with this new kickoff? The XFL used the “4th and long” play instead of a kick. Would seem like the NFL would have to do something like that if this is the kickoff moving forward.
