@KPMemberService FAIL. My KAISER Dr wrote me a new rx - he changed my therapy…because the first prescription was not up yet, YOU denied and overrode my Dr and I had to pay the full price. My KAISER Dr wrote a Rx that I filled at my KAISER pharmacy - and KAISER said NO….FAIL!!

@united SM support is not needed - a proper flight crew to get the job done is needed. It’s not too late - find a flight crew and get the plane to LAX or SAN please.
@united what is going on with flight UA1726?? This is unacceptable. To give a $15 dollar voucher and your customer service line is down - on a 4 hour delay is bad.
Please help them and do better on this. It doesn’t take a lot to do the right thing.

@AmericanAir I just had one of the worst customer service experiences in decades of flying American Airlines. It has made me rethink even considering continuing to use their service if I have any other choice. FAIL.

@swarovski attempted to return some beautiful crystal earrings (gift) that broke after first wear, at the Fashion Valley location in San Diego - and to be told will not be exchanged is unsat! I expect Swarovski to stand behind their products better than this. Please help!

@DICKS I’m trying to buy a pair of cleats online and have them shipped. It has been a nightmare and I still don’t have the cleats after 3 days. Martha and Sarah in customer service have been wonderful, but your processes and inventory tracking system seem to be terrible.
