@Dicso82@therandompundit Yeah I thought when we signed him he could be a decent option at RCB in a 3. I think if he's going to stay around it's probably to cover that area, as I'm guessing Forest will look to recruit a full back and then try to move on either Netz or Savona.
#NFFC's Nicolo Savona is one of the players covered in this post. Will be an interesting summer for him - has to improve defensively as he's often too passive. Does have a habit of getting into good attacking areas though.
Read more on him, and the others, below!

#NFFC's Squad Log for 2025/26
Key Takeaways:
- A lot of dark blue (matches missed by injury)
- Murillo never available for more than 13 games in a row
- Milenkovic, Morato, McAtee & Igor Jesus only players available for 100% of season.
- Gibbs-White & Igor Jesus turn it on under Pereira
A sneak peak here at my review of one of #NFFC's goalkeepers, Stefan Ortega. Out of contract this summer, it's likely he departs unless he's given some assurances that he's the No. 1 in the next campaign.

I'm very excited to announce that I'm joining @MotherwellFC as a 1st Team Scout & Data Analyst. I'm really looking forward to continuing some of the fantastic work already underway at the club.
Massive thanks to everybody on here for all their support and interactions, all of which has really helped me to get to this point!
(Late) thoughts on #NFFC yesterday.
A decent end to a very up and down season. In tough conditions I was pretty happy with the application of the players, against a Bournemouth side who really turned things up in the second half.
Forest probably had the better of the first 45, with Wood hitting the post from a great chance, and Gibbs-White opening the scoring with a well-hit shot through a very poor defensive wall.
In the second half, Bourmemouth really began to target an out of position Jair Cunha, and that's where their equalising goal came from. I'm not sure it's a good sign for Luca Netz that Pereira went for Jair ahead of him going into the summer - but I thought the substitution came a little too late.
A common theme in these closing games of the season has been Morato being Forest's strongest defender - I hope this is still an area of the squad Forest are looking to strengthen over the summer, but fair play to him for finishing the season well.
The final stages of the game gave us a glimpse into the future without Elliot Anderson - Forest have to get that recruitment right to compete in the top half.
Hayden Hackney would go a long way in filling the gap in quality Anderson will leave behind, but for me he certainly isn't a like-for-like replacement in a midfield pair and Forest would simply have to do more business on top of his potential signing.
I thought Igor Jesus had a pretty strong game, he dropped into receiving positions really well, but as is often the case he was still caught wanting an extra half a second on the ball, something you won't get away with against a team like Bournemouth.
Great to see Gibbs-White get another goal, and also for the fans to show their appreciation for the man I'd say was my Player of the Season. Neco Williams had a very strong season, as did Anderson, but there's absolutely no doubt in my mind that Forest would have gone down without Gibbs-White's incredible run of form in the last couple of months.
We can't forget that though MGW's start to the season (as well as many others) was very disappointing. 1 assist in the first 9 PL games, plus another 7 in a row with no goal contributions soon after Dyche joined, didn't come close to what he's capable of. His challenge for next season is to replicate this recent form across a full campaign.
Overall, a nice end to the season - one we'd all have taken just a couple of months ago. There seems to be an air of stability around the club at the moment - hopefully they can build on this positive end to the season, and get themselves set for a push on the top half.
