BREAKING: NOT SO FAST! Federal judge reopens Trump’s IRS case and demands to know if her court was defrauded.
Judge Kathleen Williams has had enough.
In a brief but devastating order Friday, the federal judge in Miami reopened Donald Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS — a case Trump had voluntarily dismissed last week specifically to avoid her scrutiny — and ordered Trump's lawyers to explain by June 12th why she shouldn't find that the entire scheme was a fraud perpetrated against her court.
The judge's language was pointed and precise. She said she wanted to investigate "grievous allegations" that the deal to resolve the case was "premised on deception." She asserted that she was "empowered to investigate serious misconduct" and demanded answers to two devastating questions: was "the court the victim of a fraud," and did Trump collude with his own government to settle the case specifically "to avoid judicial scrutiny"?
The answer to both questions, based on everything that has already been reported, appears to be yes.
Judge Williams had been circling this case for weeks before Trump pulled it. She had openly questioned how Trump could sue an agency he controls, with government lawyers who answer to him, producing a settlement negotiated with officials he appointed. She ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually adversaries or secretly colluding. Trump dismissed the case the day before those briefs were due.
Then, after she closed it, the Justice Department released not one but two extraordinary agreements — a $1.776 billion fund to compensate Trump's allies, and a separate one-page document permanently barring the IRS from ever auditing Trump, his family, or his businesses. Agreements that had apparently been negotiated while the case was supposedly active before her court.
Judge Williams cited the New York Times report revealing that the IRS had prepared a 25-page memo outlining strong defenses against Trump's suit — defenses the Justice Department never raised in court, never filed, never mentioned.
Her order came directly in response to the filing by 35 former federal judges — appointed by presidents of both parties — who called the scheme a fraud and urged her to reopen the case.
She listened.
"We stand ready to work with the court as it investigates this matter," said Norman Eisen, who represented the former judges.
Trump tried to flip the table before she could see the cards. She just put them back on the table.

BREAKING: New research cited from the Cato Institute reportedly found only about 5% of ICE detainees had committed violent crimes.
Which means roughly 95% reportedly did NOT have violent offense records.
@CalltoActivism Trump floods the zone with so much chaos, scandal, and controversy that before the media can fully expose one outrage, he’s already created three more.
That’s how accountability dies.
🚨BREAKING: Rep. Ansari stepped out of Pam Bondi's Epstein files interview to tell the American people what's happening behind closed doors.
"The DOJ has been weaponized by Donald Trump to ensure that the most massive cover-up in American history is carried out."
She didn't stop there.
Ansari also accused James Comer, Mike Johnson, and Republican leadership of helping enable it.
They’re not even trying to hide it anymore. A total sham.
@washingtonpost Cruz, so that pretty much means you agree with the Dems, the Big Bull Shit Bill was 100% bogus for the middle class. I have a better idea, tax the billionaires cause they don't let shit trickle down to us and they never have since Regan forced “Trickle Down Economics” on us.
@washingtonpost So now they want to buy the votes!
Their last tax cuts went primarily to the very rich, increasing the deficit tremendously.
So now they want to increase the deficit even more I’m sure along the same lines as the last tax cuts went primarily to the ultra rich!
Nice going GOP
BREAKING: Georgia finally finds Trump’s 2020 “voter fraud” — and it leads straight to Elon Musk’s pro-Trump super PAC.
For years, Trump and his MAGA cronies screamed about voter fraud in Georgia. Turns out they finally found some.
Plot twist: it wasn’t immigrants. It wasn’t Democrats. It wasn’t “deep state” operatives. It was Elon Musk’s own super PAC.
The Georgia State Elections Board voted to issue a formal letter of reprimand to Elon Musk’s America PAC after investigators found the group sent partially prefilled absentee ballot applications to voters across multiple counties during the 2024 election cycle.
That’s not some clerical oopsie. State law clearly prohibits anyone — other than an authorized relative — from sending voters ballot applications already filled in with their personal information. It turns out that you don’t get to pre-fill election paperwork for people and call it democracy.
And it gets even worse.
Investigators also found that Musk’s PAC allegedly failed to clearly disclose that the mailing was not an official government document and was not a ballot. In other words, voters were receiving election-related paperwork pre-populated with their data from a billionaire’s political machine — without clear, conspicuous warnings.
Because apparently, when you’re the richest man on Earth trying to boost your preferred candidate, transparency is optional. For a movement obsessed with “election integrity,” this is rich.
This all unfolded in Georgia — the same battleground state that has been ground zero for endless conspiracy theories since 2020. The same state Trump allies have repeatedly accused of fraud. The same state where MAGA officials have staged investigations, raids, and dramatic press conferences claiming foreign interference.
Remember when Tulsi Gabbard was supposedly sniffing around Fulton County election offices looking for wrongdoing? Turns out the only documented meddling came from inside Trump’s own political orbit.
The Georgia Elections Board didn’t mince words. Evidence suggested the PAC violated state law. The board voted swiftly to reprimand it.
The irony is staggering. After years of shouting about stolen elections, the loudest fraud narrative may have boomeranged back onto its own architects.
When it comes to Georgia election interference, the smoke didn’t come from some shadowy foreign power. It reportedly came from a billionaire’s political operation trying to help Donald Trump win.
Sometimes the call really is coming from inside the house. Turns out there really was election meddling in Georgia. It just came with a Tesla logo.

#BREAKING: Lawrence: “Donald Trump is the first president in history who wants to take the administration of elections away from states, and in effect, count all American ballots cast in every election, inside the Trump White House. Donald Trump publicly appears to be planning an election crime spree even worse than the conspiracy he was indicted for running to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, and that is the most important story of this year.”😳
Reporter: Non-citizen voting fraud is so minimal that the Heritage Foundation, over a more than a decade of studying this, found 24 cases nationwide in which naturalized citizens or immigrants had improperly voted. This is different than what the Trump administration has constantly promoted.
Good morning and Happy Thursday to everyone who is glad to FINALLY see media like the NY Daily News call out the trump regime for what it is: A crime syndicate.
Flip the House, impeach the criminal.
Trump 2024: “We’re going to get toxic chemicals out of our food supply”
Trump 2026: “Glyphosate is critical to national security”
A new Executive Order doubles down on the same system that bankrupted farmers, monopolized the food supply under the control of a few multinational corporations, and contaminated America’s food system.
We cannot eliminate glyphosate overnight.
But we should be taking steps to reform this broken system, not doubling down on it.
The fact that U.S. agriculture has become so reliant on glyphosate should scare us into immediate, dramatic reform of our food system.
Trump’s declaration that “glyphosate-based herbicides are a cornerstone of this Nation’s agricultural productivity and rural economy” exposes deep structural problems in our food system:
Our over-reliance on chemicals and herbicides to produce more and more commodity crops is bankrupting our farmers and rural America.
This broken system is the reason we are in a crisis today where over 60 farmers go out of business a day, and the rest require constant federal bailouts just to survive.
Trump also claimed in his EO that glyphosate-based herbicides allow “farmers and ranchers to maintain high yields and low production costs.”
But the opposite is true.
Farmers have lower production costs and higher profits when they reduce or eliminate their use of glyphosate and other herbicides.
Keeping them reliant on herbicides only benefits the pesticide industry.
Finally, Trump’s claim that glyphosate enables farmers to produce “healthy, affordable food” could not be farther from the truth.
The science that alleged glyphosate is safe was retracted after the paper was exposed for relying on false information that came directly from Monsanto.
This Executive Order is bad news for independent farmers and MAHA.
Poor MAHA morons turned MAGA morons must be DYING now that Jay Bhattacharya was forced to admit under oath there's no proof vaccines cause autism.
I guess it took placing a major anti-vaxxer into a position of power where the government stoked an unprecedented measles outbreak to finally put these people under oath in front of Congress and on the spot.
Bernie Sanders nailed him.
