@chronomentary @TUIUK@TUIGroup Absolutely despicable service. Followed the instructions as per the test pack. Sent the PCR swab via Royal Mail priority postbox back to Chronomics - test now 'lost' no real sensible alternative from TUI and having to pay >£700 for new flights/swab

@chronomentary why don't you have a contact phone number?? the pack tells us quite clearly to return via mailbox - yet you then update your website late, after the dates quoted in your 'news' and now blame the lost tests on the customer - outrageous!!!
