Breaking a brief Twitter fast for a rant: It is insane how dysfunctional Uber is now, at least in big cities like DC. You wait 10 minutes for it to find a driver, and sometimes another 15 for the driver to arrive. I may as well call it as I’m getting in the shower. Unusable.
