@btbusinesscare Hi there, who would I speak to if I was to make a complaint about one of your local business managers? He spent a lot of time chasing me to respond to emails yet when I completed an agreement to transfer my business number, he disappears and does not respond.
@btbusinesscare Abul Hussen. Yes it’s frustrating as the new owners are unable to use the telephone number that was transferred to them, they’re also paying for a number that doesn’t even work.
I need to check my business account to see whether I am still paying for the service. Please advise.

I brought a travel card yesterday at MKC station, but I am having to speak to a member of staff at every tube station to let me through as the machines are not recognising the ticket.
Can you advise on this?
@TfL Hi VK, I am aware that the travel card is valid, however, I would like to find out why your barriers are not recognising valid travel cards. This is a regular occurrence which waste time esp when I am having to speak to a TFL staff when I enter and leave every tube station.
