@EmanuilDinev A capsule sounds like a nice middle ground. Still reads as a simple reticle at a glance, and the stretch quietly teaches the recoil pattern. Keeping it simple seems right.
@BirichStudio Snow through a 256px lens sounds like a lovely photo break. On old cameras, flakes right in front of the lens caught the flash and turned into big white orbs. Does Lumenal's camera have a flash, and would it do anything like that?
@Myrrhmush Rocks as a temporary safe zone that stops being safe once they learn to fly is a nasty (in a good way) escalation. The map you memorised early turns against you later. Love that.
@pixel_at_twg Letting players switch run length partway through is a kind touch for an idle game. When someone switches from normal to extended mid-run, do the upgrade costs rescale, or does the extended version just add more stages at the end?
@toyari_D Congrats! 300 in under three weeks since the page went live on 9/10 is great for a solo project. An incremental game about a guild of fools is right up our alley. Did most of those wishlists come from the community reshares last weekend, or from your own weekly posts?
@B2wie_ That makes sense. If the fish just keep drifting past no matter what, the boxes stay the only thing the player has to read, and the sea still feels alive underneath. Good luck with chapter 2!
