- MASSIVE child allowance (like way more than Hungary does) for married couples with one parent working full time
- Taxes on people who aren’t married by 2X
- Taxes on childless people
- Homemaker allowance
- Head of family wage (via corporate tax credit)
- Laws against cohabitation
- Tax or penalty if you’re not married by 2X
- Massive whole of society pro-family/pro-birth propaganda/cultural effort (as significant as wokeness or climate change discourse)
- Legal penalties for anti-natalist discourse & media
- Ban abortion
- Ban or severely curtail contraception

I am not necessarily endorsing any or all of these policies, only making the point that (1) implementing a number of them would absolutely boost the birth rate; (2) ~none of them would past muster in a contemporary modern liberal democracy

Here's a study that looked at the mental health of pre and post op trans folks. This doesn't even factor in how social sigma (like being forced out of sports) affects them.
