I've always felt that teams with good leadership often take the initiative to welcome new players so that they feel comfortable around the veteran players.

@BurkartBrandon @KIN110UofR In some cases it can cost some sports millions. Daryl Morey took a political stand on the Hong Kong riots and ultimately resulted in alot of money lost, and NBA games being censored in china. The result of this incident may be a lowering in the salary cap for players.

@Abby63230033 @KIN110UofR They would still be considered sports if violence occurs or not. Most leagues frown upon this because it prevents the game from being played. If we got rid of violence in sports it would only create a greater focus on the sports that are played.

@KIN110UofR The WNBA is hugely underrepresented in comparison to the NBA. Their are countless advertisements about male basketball players. This ranges from shoe deals, endorsements, etc.

@KIN110UofR We had two teachers supervise us while we played to make sure no one got hurt. However, somedays it was cramp on the playground so moved to a area where their was more room to play. They got mad because we played where they couldn't see us.

@KIN110UofR Extreme ironing is not a sport. I generally dont understand how this can be classified as if there are no coaches and rules to help players improve. In addition, how do you decide a winner in this sport? This seems more like an activity than sport. #thisisnotasport
