@siadvance The dense tree cover provides significant relief from the summer sun, if your tired of air conditioning. It s significantly cooler, quiet than the surrounding streets. Bring water and mosquitoe repellent. Although personally I have not had a problem with the bugs while there.

@siadvance I pass by frequently. I remember the phragmite overgrowth there. This is a beautiful place. Job well done. This will pay for itself preventing flooding. As its a natural wetland, I imagine the SIRR was purposely positioneď west of here to avoid having to cross through it.

They refer to it as paper plates. Simply substitute legitimate license plates with a defaced, fake temp out of state or just cover with dark tint.
Enforcement is random and rare

Bike lanes speed bumps and cameras are broad brushed upon all roads and the solution isn't taxing all drivers. No 60 year 🚺is biking groceries & kids home in February. Trucks are needed

Staten Island was newly connected to NJ and not at all to Brooklyn. Population 100k. 1933 SI was farmland and woods
