hot take: most ai outreach tools are slop.
we tried them. you can automate research, drafts and follow-ups, but you can’t send genuinely personal emails to 100 different projects without it becoming expensive, obvious, or both.
the message may pass an ai filter. then a human reads it.
people aren’t stupid. ai is great for automation, but it still can’t make you stand out.
@mehtaandmore hi! we've already updated this a bit, all entries except for ashby should now have a publication date, so yes, if an position is currently listed, it should be up to date.
700 anons checked our jobs page on launch day
that’s a huge number for us. thank you
you also managed to break the site within the first few minutes. impressive
we listened to your feedback and shipped a few updates:
- crypto companies only - no more random irl stuff
- publication dates are now visible (except ashby listings. @ashbyhq pls)
- you can now filter jobs by location
keep the feedback coming and go find a job
@Eazyxbt we'll try to make this happen, but these are mostly unofficial positions that are published via Google Forms, so it's difficult to aggregate them and verify their accuracy
130k impressions on launch.
crazy.
but solving job search took much more than a jobs page.
we already have 12k+ emails, founder contacts from hundreds of projects and an ai assistant that can send outreach for you (for now, these are hidden features)
the only thing we haven’t cracked yet is getting founders to actually read and reply.
response rates are still painfully low, reaching the right person is the real final boss.
we’ll solve it someday. probably.
